Yes...We are Alive.......

I've been MIA for a while!!

I know, slacker, slacker!!

I wish! :-) The month of July has come and gone in a whirl wind! Thank goodness that for me, that whirl wind has included some serious cash! I have been working my tail off this month, hence why my blog hasn't been updated in at least 3 weeks. For the past 9 days or so, I was working 13 hour days on top of my regular mommy hours! It was totally and completely insane, and if you have ever tried to get much computer work done with a 5 month old and a 19 month old, you know it can be very interesting!! Therefore, most of my hardcore work hours were after 8 pm. I had many a late nights, but it is over, we met our CPS deadline and hopefully the agency will be reaping the benefits through CPS homestudies all over the state of Texas for the next 4 years. For me personally, hopefully I will be able to get some home studies closer to Del Rio. In addition to my crazy deadline working, I have completed 1 full home study, 1 withdrawn homestudy ( I drove to San Angelo and the family flaked on me, so I get paid half price), and I am currently working on another home study that is due Tuesday!! So, I've been a busy woman!!
Outside of my work obligations, we have had many wonderful family adventures. From the zoo, to 2 lake trips, and many other little adventures, I have a lot of catching up to do! And, if you know me, you know I have a bazillion pictures to upload, and we will get there, eventually!!

Just a little sneak peak into the little boy's lives to tie you over until I get around to the whole post with pictures and all.

Wesleigh is talking more everyday, although I seem to understand him more than anyone else! He is smarter than I ever thought possible! He is an amazing little water bug! He LOVES his floaties and is an animal in the water! He is a natural and I LOVE IT! He is wearing undies all day long!! He is only wearing diapers when we leave the house and when he is sleeping. We have minimal accidents and we are SO proud of him! I absolutely LOVE only using 1 regular diaper and 1 overnight diaper a day!

Ethan is crawling, sitting up, and learning new and exciting ways to explore his world everyday. He is now a 2 tooth wonder! He is learning to love more foods everyday! He has learned to blow rasberries while eating, which makes for a delightful mess!! He smiles more than I ever knew possible, and he puts up with more crap off his brother than any 1 person should have to! He has learned to also love the water, and is still quite possibly the most laid back baby in the world!
So, that sneak peak should tell you that I am still the most incredibly BLESSED woman in all the world!! I love my boys more with each passing day, and I can't wait to find the time to upload those pictures to show off my amazing little critters!!
Here are a few pictures of my cuties that will have to suffice for now!

By the way, our Gran had her surgery, it was HUGE success and she is getting stronger every single day! Praise God for an amazing recovery and an incredible pathology report!
